World War II Living History Weekend Nov. 21-22, 2015
Interact with over 50 re-enactors interpreting eight different military units to learn what life was like on and off the front lines. Watch demonstrations of tactics and get up close and personal with rare gear and equipment. See American, British, German, and Polish Forces living history displays. Experience some of the sights and sounds that men who left from the Hampton Roads Port of Embarkation seven decades ago witnessed in their drive towards Germany.
Event is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. both days. Learn about Colonial and Civil War history by touring Endview Plantation’s historic house museum.
The museum will be open 10a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Admission includes a tour of the house. $7.00 for adults, $6.00 for seniors and military, $5.00 for children (7-18). Children under 7 and
WWII veterans are admitted free for the weekend.
