Virginia Arts Festival presents Williamsburg Live June 16th – 19th, featuring The Wood Brothers, Kenny Loggins, and Keb’Mo’ located on the lawn in front of The Colonial Williamsburg Art Museums.  Just added the Food Trucks list (scroll to bottom of this post)!

Enjoy a fun-filled weekend attending one or all of the concerts and why not stay at the Williamsburg Lodge, located only a few blocks from the event (offers for tickets and tickets with hotel below) Gates open at 5:30PM. Box Office on site opens 2:30PM.

Friday, June 16: The Wood Brothers with special guest Shovels & Rope

  • With a soulful sound, tight harmonies, and plenty of onstage charisma, the Americana trio the Wood Brothers are made up of brothers Chris and Oliver Wood with drummer Jano Rix. Opening the show is the South Carolina-based husband-and-wife Folk duo Michael Trent and Cary Ann Hearst, known to their fans as Shovels & Rope.

Saturday, June 17: Kenny Loggins with special guest Yacht Rock Revue

  • Irresistible dance beats and happy memories from the ‘80s and ‘90s, when rock icon Kenny Loggins performs as part of his farewell tour. Loggins’ extraordinary four-decade-plus career has been highlighted by top spots on the charts, 12 Platinum albums, two Grammy wins, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and a new memoir (Still Alright). Opening for Loggins is the Yacht Rock Revue, revving the crowd up to a popped-collar frenzy with their signature sound including songs from their latest album, Hot Dads in Tight Jeans.

Sunday, June 18: Keb’ Mo’ with special guest Peter One

  • Bluesman and musical adventurer, Five-time Grammy winner Keb’ Mo’ has performed for millions of fans on TV and film, including The West Wing and Sesame Street. Rooted in the blues, Mo’s music slips and slides away from classification, mixing classic blues with country, pop, soul, R&B, and Americana, all delivered with an easygoing growl.
