Virginia Association for Infant Mental Health Endorsement
In an effort to recruit childcare providers, family home providers, early head start providers and unregulated providers (family, friend or neighbor) for the 10 available funding slots for 2014 under the VDSS Social Emotional project, we are extending the Infant Mental Health Endorsement application deadline for anyone applying for the IMH Endorsement to April 11th.

Important Dates To Remember
Apply for Endorsement: December 17th, 2013 – April 11th, 2014
€ Register on EASy; and
€ Register which will allow you to complete the preliminary application information
€ Upload your resume (required) to EASy where indicated
€ Mail the completed Application for Financial Support for Endorsement 2013-2014 form postmarked no later
than 4/11/14;
€ Request your immediate Supervisor complete the required Endorsement Reference form and ensure they send it
to the Endorsement Coordinator postmarked no later than 4/11/14. The form will be emailed to your Supervisor
after receiving the Application for Financial Support for Endorsement 2013-2014 form from applicant.
Applicants Notified of Status: Between May 12th– May 16th, 2014
(if accepted for one of the 20 slots for 2014)
Assigned Advisor Contacts You: Initially between May 19th– May 23rd, 2014
(Periodically through June 2015)
Assigned Reflective Supervisor Contacts You: Initially By May 30th, 2014 to schedule monthly group
supervision for 2 hours each month for 12 months; beginning June 2014
