We offer “First-Time Homebuyer Workshops” (free six-hour pre-purchase and default prevention seminars).  In the workshop, attendees learn about budgeting, credit, the loan process, the parties involved, real estate terms and are introduced to skills to avoid future delinquency problems.Where:
