tribeHacks IV is William & Mary’s 4th annual hackathon hosted by the Association for Computing Machinery club on campus. Hundreds of college students attend from all over to compete for prizes. Come attend the expo at the end of the event to see participants demo the cool projects they have been working hard on all weekend! The expo and top 5 presentations are free to the public to attend!
What is a hackathon?
It’s a 36-hour coding competition where participants write computer programs from scratch in order to compete for prizes.
What kinds of things do people make?
Participants come up with all kinds of projects including apps, chrome extensions, video games, websites, and much, much more!
