- You call 757-566-TOTS.
- Your questions are answered by one of CDR’s Infant-Toddler Specialists.
- You can request a home visit and free developmental screening.
- A variety of services are available for your child and family, depending on eligibility and need.
- CDR services are available until your child reaches his or her third birthday.
- CDR links you to other community resources.
