Tippecanoe & Tyler, Too – Presidents’ Day Tour 2014

Berkeley PlantationBerkeley Plantation, birthplace of our nation’s ninth U.S. President, William Henry Harrison, will be celebrating Presidents’ Day Weekend February 15-17, 2014. Enjoy Berkeley’s famous hospitality and learn about one of the most popular presidential campaigns of American history, which generated the familiar “Tippecanoe and Tyler Too” campaign slogan. Conducted tours of the 18th century manor house are available throughout the weekend from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Costumed guides, a museum and film presentation add an extra special touch to your experience. Five terraces of restored boxwood gardens offer breathtaking vistas of the James River. The grounds are self-guided.

Berkeley Plantation is located on scenic Route 5, halfway between Richmond and Williamsburg, 12602 Harrison Landing Road, Charles City, Virginia 23030.
