The first production in TMB‘s Discover Tradition series is the comic ballet, Coppélia. There will be two performances on Saturday March 5, 2022.

In an alpine village welcoming the start of Spring, a group of friends triumph over the trickery of the toymaker, Coppélius. Why is a mysterious new girl stirring up trouble? Is she hiding a secret behind that smile?
- Run time is 1 hour, 10 minutes, including 2 brief intermissions
- Coppelia is very family friendly, it can be watched by the youngest kids, it is a cute, happy, upbeat story. The second act is set in a toyshop! Act 1 and Act 3 are villagers having fun and dancing together 🙂 And those kid tickets are only $5…
- There is a raffle is at the event! Don’t forget to bring cash for the raffle! All proceeds from the raffle will go toward The Movement Ballet’s Dancer Support Fund which will be used to subsidize enriching experiences for TMB dancers. Raffle tickets are $5 each and there will be 4 opportunities to win!
