2025 Summer Camp Fair Vendor Registration

We are excited to host the Annual Summer Camp Fair (SCF)! The Fair will be held on Sunday, March 30 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at James City County Recreation Center on 5301 Longhill Road, Williamsburg. The fair will be held in the gymnasium so everyone will have plenty of space!

Come and talk to families directly, have them sign up that day or send information home with them.

If you have a camp or program and would like a booth – please fill out this online form.

Once you submit the form we will email you confirmation and an invoice.
