Strawberry Picking at College Run Farms 2014

College Run Farms StrawberriesWe will be closed on Sunday, May 4th to allow the berries to ripen.

 We will re-open on Monday, May 5th from 7am-7pm for strawberry picking.

The cost to pick is $2.50 per quart
or $9 per gallon.

We provide the picking containers, which you take home with you.

Our homemade strawberry ice cream will also be for sale! Yummy yummy!

We accept cash or checks only, please.

We will update Monday night (5/5/14) to let you know the plan for Tuesday. It is still too early in the season to open full time, so check back for daily updates.

Farm tid-bits:

We have port-a-loos and an outside sink for your restroom needs.

The field can be wet at times so wear proper shoes. Also, please be prepared in the event of an insect sting.

We can easily be reached from Williamsburg by taking the Jamestown-Scotland Ferry. After exiting the ferry, drive to the top of the hill and take a left onto Short Drive and a quick left onto Pleasant Point/Cobham Wharf Road. Follow this road for about 2 miles and take a left onto Poplar Lawn Road. Follow Poplar Lawn until the end (under a mile) and take a right onto Alliance Road. Our farm is just down the road on your right.)
