During these crazy times, it’s more important than ever for you to maintain a sense of structure, activity, exercise, and normalcy.
That’s why we’re offering our Senior Safety classes including Martial Arts and other Fitness related activities to Increase Balance & Flexibility, Improve Confidence and Reduce Stress. Classes in person, so you can stay engaged and maintain a sense of structure and community — from our studio!
We’ve already instituted deep sanitation protocols for the safety of our students:
- 30-second hand washing upon arrival
- Nightly deep cleans & disinfecting of all surfaces per updated health & safety guidelines
- We will keep monitoring the situation closely and updating these protocols as we receive further guidance from health orgs.
- Small class sizes to enable social distancing (so people can stand at least 3 feet apart)
- Anyone showing cold or flu symptoms will be kindly asked to leave (including staff members)
- We will also be LIVE STREAMING all classes for those who wish to follow along at home.
