Bring the entire pack and explore the deep, dark, prehistoric underwater world of carnivorous marine reptiles, gigantic flesh-eating fish, flying reptiles with 3-foot skulls and the biggest sea turtles to have ever lived. During the day, scouts will enjoy special activities designed just for them including:

  • Make your own fossil to take home
  • Make a fossil sun print
  • Explore Savage Ancient Seas with a Scavenger Hunt
  • Connect to the Calvert Marine Museum to learn about megalodons, the largest marine predators that ever lived!
  • Become a paleontologist as you search for evidence that creatures roamed, or swam, where The Mariners’ Museum Park is located today
  • And much more

Each participating scout will receive a Mariners’ Museum patch

Pricing  

(Pre-registration by Oct. 1 is required)

  • $10 per scout
  • $10 per adult*

*One adult chaperone per every 10 scouts may attend free of charge

Accompanying siblings may join us for the day at the $10 rate if they wish to participate in the activities.
