Sears Hometown Store is currently accepting applications for our Williamsburg location. Full Time and Part Time Sales Associate positions are available immediately to qualified candidates.
We are looking for a high-energy, reliable individual with outstanding customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of sales experience in a commission environment. Strong communication skills and a desire to work with people are necessary.
Base pay + Commission Responsibilities:
Meet all sales objectives. Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, pricing plans and promotions.Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
Must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. EOE/M/F/D/V
