Registration for REC Connect and Teens on Point (T.O.P) Summer Camp 2025 is underway! Registration forms and program information are available online or for pickup at any payment site.
Looking for a fun full-day summer camp for your child? REC Connect and T.O.P youth and teen programs offer educational opportunities, exciting field trips and a variety of fun recreational activities. Check out the Spring/Summer Destination Recreation brochure for more information.
Registration is now being accepted for James City County and Williamsburg residents. Registrations are taken on a first come, first-served basis according to space availability.
To register stop by and pick up the application packet at any Payment Center or print from 2025-2026 REC Connect Registration Packet (PDF) and 2025-2026 T.O.P Registration Packet (PDF). Questions call the REC Connect Info Line at 757-259-3170.

T.O.P
T.O.P program features games, crafts, community service, crafts, mentoring and much more!
Ages
- 10-14 (10-year-olds going into the 5th grade may register for REC Connect or T.O.P Summer Camp, rising 6th grade must register for T.O.P Summer Camp)
