Pop-Up Archaeology! is coming to the Art Museums in Colonial Williamsburg


Keep an eye out for something fun this winter! Head to the Art Museums for a special pop-up archaeology exhibition! Learn about the work at Custis Square and the First Baptist Church archaeology sites –Pop-Up Archaeology! in the Goode Education Studio will showcase some of the recently unearthed artifacts from these sites.

Talk with an archaeologist about the history of these two exciting sites and hear about what’s next! This exhibition will be open for free-flow visitation from 2-4 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays starting January 22.

Event is included in admission to the Art Museum. If you have a Good Neighbor’s Pass or Annual Membership admission is free.
