Orphan Care Expo for Virginia Nov. 14, 2015
The 2015 Orphan Care Expo (OCE) for Virginia is a great opportunity for people who would like to help children who are hurting. Those who are considering adoption, foster care, or temporary (respite) care will be able to meet placement agencies. Those who can’t care for a child in their home will be able to meet tutoring, mentoring, and orphan care agencies where they can volunteer their time or support. Those who are already caring for children will be able to meet counseling and support agencies. Everyone will be able to attend free and insightful training to learn how to identify and meet the needs of children from hard places.
