All For One — Busch Gardens Summer Show
THE THREE MUSKETEERS COME TO
BUSCH GARDENS WILLIAMSBURG WITH THRILLING NEW ACTION SHOW
Last year Busch Gardens launched the first action-adventure show of its kind at the park, marking the return of a major nighttime spectacular for the first time in seven years. All For One debuted July 1, 2016, offering audiences a thrilling new take on the classic tale of The Three Musketeers. And returns this year during Busch Gardens Summer Nights.
Last year Busch Gardens’ Royal Palace Theatre underwent a major transformation preparing for the new evening show. Ship masts have risen above the France village skyline, the bright blue face of the stage has become a weathered red-brick façade and pennants emblazoned with the fleur-de-lis now fly from the ramparts.
“This is the most ambitious show we have ever staged at Busch Gardens,” said Peter Dunklee, vice president of entertainment. “It’s been over a year in the making, and it’s amazing to see it finally come to life.”
The production follows the Musketeers and the courageous acts of derring-do they must perform in their quest to save the queen. Audiences will be on the edge of their seats as they find out if bravery, friendship and loyalty will be enough to win the day for the heroes. As an evening-only show, All For One also utilizes the night sky as part of its expansive backdrop, with special lighting and pyrotechnics adding to the drama and suspense.
More than just swashbuckling and stunts, the Virginia theme park’s newest show also features intricate costumes, special effects, elaborate scenic design and a custom score to take the audience on an unforgettable adventure.
“All For One will definitely be the most action-packed show anyone has ever seen at Busch Gardens,” Dunklee said. “The coordination of the performers, the sets, the music and all of the special effects will create a truly thrilling experience.”
