New Ride – Riptide Race Opens at Water Country USA in Williamsburg on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, 2023!
Love to race, love water rides? Then this one, Virginia’s first dueling pipeline is the perfect ride for you!
Bring your family and go down side by side in a watery competition of speed and thrills! Riptide Race™ will get your addrenaline going as it pits teams against each other as riders take their mark- way up high on a 54-foot tower! Where will you go – down through 520 feet of water slide, but you can keep an eye on the competition with the rides low walls. You will flow through the turns and twists on a two-person raft. Who will win? Come and find out. This ride opens to Members on Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, May 28 from 10 AM – 4 PM. and to the general public on Monday May 29th.

- Starts at a 54 foot tower
- Designed for 2 people on each raft
- Two rafts with 2 people each start at the same time in a race on two side by side tracks of slide
