TIMES
This show will have a straight-thru format. Men’s Pre-judging 10:00 a.m. followed by a brief intermission, and then men’s finals. Women’s Prejudging 3:00 p.m. followed by a brief intermission, and then women’s finals.
TICKETS
Adult General Admission (valid all day) $40. Child (ages 6-16) General Admission (valid all day) $20. Ages 5 & Under Free
Trainer/Assistant ticket: $60 (for those helping a competitor prepare backstage – one trainer max per competitor is permitted. Good all day for general admission and backstage access.

ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES
If entry received by May 17th: $80. After May 17th, a $75 late fee will apply. The last day to register is June 17th. Crossover entry into additional classes is $60 per class. Walk-in entries will not be accepted the day of the event. Polygraph Exam $50 (payable to the examiner at the time of scheduling). OCB Membership must be purchased in advance by 6/20/20 at OCBonline.com. A current OCB membership number will be required at registration. All fees non-refundable.

Men’s Bodybuilding: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ), Physically Challenged
Men’s Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+ (PQ), Age 50+, Open (PQ)
Men’s Classic Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, Age 50+, Open (PQ)
Women’s Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+ (PQ), Age 50+, Open (PQ)
Figure: Debut, Novice, Age 40+(PQ), Age 50+, Open (PQ)
Bikini: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ), Age 50+.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
DEBUT ELGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
THE BODY TRANSFORMATION DIVISION is now a separate event called the OCB Commit to Fit. It will be held on August 1st in Norfolk, VA. Visit OCBonline.com for details.
CROSSOVER ENTRIES (ENTERING MORE THAN 1 DIVISION)
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show. Crossovers will NOT be permitted between Novice and Debut. Athletes must choose one or the other, but NOT both.
AWARDS
The top 5 in each class will receive swords. OCB Pro winner will receive an OCB Pro Medal and special sword.
ELIGIBILITY
All competitors are required to hold current OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.
BANNED SUBSTANCES AND SCREENING METHODS
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
CHECK-INS AND POLYGRAPHS
Check-In/Polygraphs will be Thursday June 25th from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and Friday June 26th from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the host hotel, Holiday Inn Express 720 Lightfoot Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable at the time of scheduling an appointment.
MUSIC & INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATIONS
All competitors can supply their own music for their 60-second individual presentation, or can request house music be used instead. Music must be emailed in mp3 format to: production@crosswalk.cc
Please include your name and song title. sent by 6/19/19 or house music will be played. Music must be in MP3 format and it must NOT contain any profanity. If profane music is submitted, the promoter has the right to disqualify the athlete.
