National Night Out August 6, 2013

Get your neighbors together for a block party, cookout and visits from JCC officers with McGruff the Crime Dog.  Get out and meet your neighbors, let your kids play and build a community.

National Night Out – On Aug. 6, County neighborhoods are invited to join forces with over 15,000 communities nationwide for the 30th Annual National Night Out.

During the evening, residents are asked to lock their doors, turn on porch lights and spend the evening outdoors with neighbors and police. Many neighborhoods are already making plans for block parties, cookouts and visits from officers and McGruff the Crime Dog. To arrange for James City County Police Officers to attend your community event, call 757-603-6023, send an email or register online by July 26.
