Kids’ Volunteer Opportunity – Lackey Clinic Christmas bags
Lackey Free Clinic is looking for young volunteers to help make patient hygiene bags for Christmas. This could be done by a scout troop, a class, a Sunday School group, etc.
Kids would need to gather supplies and put together bags for both men and women.
Typically what works best is a gallon zip-lock bag filled with different hygiene products, ie: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant etc…
The kids can then personalize them by putting a Christmas card in the bag or something a little special, like an ornament.
