Walsingham Academy Fine Arts Presents

Keep Calm and Let it Be

October 24 & 25, 7:00 PM

McAuley Hall

The British are coming, the British are coming, and this time they are serving tea and crumpets in McAuley Hall. Walsingham Academy will present, Keep Calm and Let it Be, a celebration of the Beatles music October 24 and 25 at 7:00 PM. The entire Academy will be singing, dancing, drawing, and painting, as we take you on a journey back to a time when Peace, Love, and a general sense of being groovy was as important as the length of your hair and hemline.

Walsingham Academy teachers will infuse their curriculum with art, music, and the overall political climate of the 1960s, as we prepare for our dress rehearsal at McAuley auditorium and then onto our first appearance on the Ed Sullivan show. You will twist and shout, scream and shout, and you don’t even have to wait until you’re 64. We will be accepting non-perishable food items for FISH of Williamsburg to benefit those in need.

This event is FREE and open to the public. See you at the really big show! http://www.walsingham.org/LetItBe
