POSITION: Kid Coach for Summer Camp &/or After School

Success Team Traits:

Responsibilities

Check-in with Director daily at the beginning of shift
Collaborate with Coaching Staff to help Create, Plan and Facilitate camp activities
Track attendance every rotation throughout the day
Rotate campers through activities on campus
Educate campers through games and explorations
Set up, Clean-up and Maintain area and equipment space
Record and Report daily wins with campers and staff members
Immediately Report any behavioral issues from campers or staff members to Director
Ensure all safety rules and guidelines are followed
End of shift Check-in to ensure all tasks are completed before clocking out
Show up ready to Inspire and Succeed
