Jamestown 4-H Educational Center Fall 2020

Jamestown 4-H is offering a full day of day camp for children ages 6-12. During this challenging time, the maximum number of kids is 60/week. Teaching spaces will be outdoors with the exception of virtual learning times which require internet access.

Ages: 6-12

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm

Highlights:

  • Children will be divided into four learning groups with a maximum of 14 students/group. Adult to student ratio is 1:7
  • Children will be screened at the beginning of each camp day by medical staff
  • Families must pack a lunch (peanut free) and a snack for their child
  • Classes OUTSIDE with as much social distancing as possible
  • Supervised virtual learning in an assigned indoor location that remains consistent for the course of each week. *Families must provide Virtual Learning schedule
  • Outdoor/environmental education and adventure day camp curriculum has been adapted with social distancing guidelines in mind
