In-Home Childcare Williamsburg, VA

Hello! My name is Catherine. I am a mother of a 20 month old, a licensed  English teacher, and my husband and I are resident homeowners in Williamsburg off Centerville Road.   I know from experience that there is no greater peace of mind than to know that your child is being loved by someone as if they were their own while you are hard at work. My goal is to offer that same blessing to a small number of families in the Williamsburg area. In addition to providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for your child, I will provide opportunities for self-lead learning and exploration through play, as well as use my teaching background to provide engaging opportunities for mini-focused learning as your child approaches school-age. I offer both full time, part time, and after school care. Availability changes over time as children get older/move away, so please contact me to see if I have the availability that suits your needs. I do keep a wait list to reach back out if I don’t have the availability when you contact me.

In addition to holding a current VA teaching license and Master’s degree in English Education, I have earned 12 college credit hours of Early Childhood Education. I am certified in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
