Holiday Cabaret & Review – Friday Dec 19 2014 – Huge event including three theatre companies!

Please join the local theatre community as we come together to put on a Holiday Cabaret & Review like no other! See & hear talent from the Williamsburg Player’s Cats Production, Smithfield Little Theatre and Peninsula Community Theatre plus other area performers.

The local theatre community wanted to show the special needs community, that we are united in the theatre, and that we love all folks!  Recently a young girl and her family were asked to leave a theatre performance.  She has special needs.  When the local theatre community heard about this they wanted to put on a show for her….well it blossomed into a huge event with so many performers that they opened it up to the public to also come and enjoy!

There is free admission for people of special needs – just ask for Peter Natale at the door to get a free ticket, otherwise admission is $10

There will be 33 numbers – songs, dance, and more fun than you can imagine. Represented on stage are theatre folk from the Williamsburg Players, the Peninsula Community Theatre, Warhill HS, Broadway Dance Arts Studio, York HS, and other individuals who have come to perform, raising their voices and showcasing the theatrical talents.

The event takes place this Friday night, Dec.19th, at 7:00 pm in the York High School Auditorium, 9300 George Washington Memorial Highway in Yorktown. Tickets are $10 for the general public, and all monies raised will be donated to the local organizations that work to help our friends in need of services.

Please join us as we roll out the red carpet for Aydin, and the many others folks of need as we, the theatre community, make it a night to remember!
