Herb-Infused Oils & Vinegars Class – Freedom Park Interpretive Center – October 17
On October 17th from 10:00-11:30 a.m., come join us to learn about herb-infused oils and vinegar. Carol Schmidt, a member of the Herb Society of America, Colonial Triangle of Virginia Unit, will share many recipes for interesting combinations of herbs and oils, instructions for their use, and how to make vinegars. This presentation will be held at the Freedom Park Interpretive Center, beginning at 10:00 am, and is open to the public. The program is free. However, a donation of $5 to support the Williamsburg Botanical Garden at Freedom Park would be appreciated. This event is part of the Learn and Grow Educational Series, sponsored by the Williamsburg Botanical Garden.
