Handel’s Messiah at WUMC Dec. 4 and 5, 2015 – free concert
The concerts will be Friday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m. & Saturday, December 5 at 5:00 p.m.
Each year we recruit college and adult singers from church choirs, colleges, and universities from throughout the region who have experience singing Handel’s Messiah. We prepare an all-volunteer massed choir plus professional soloists and the Handel Chamber Orchestra to present the Christmas portion of Messiah abosolutely FREE to the community. A loose-plate offering is passed for those who would like to help local charitable organizations. Free childcare provided.
Williamsburg United Methodist Church is located on Jamestown Rd. across from the College of William and Mary.
