FUNDRAISER: Great Wolf Lodge day passes on sale exclusively through Big Brothers Big Sisters

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Virginia Peninsula is excited to announce the second year of its fund-raising event in partnership with Great Wolf Lodge.

Guests normally can only visit Great Wolf Lodge if they have lodging accommodations at the resort. Because of its national partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Great Wolf Lodge is allowing Big Brothers Big Sisters to sell water park day passes as a fund-raiser.

“Big Brothers Big Sisters provides mentors for youth extending from Williamsburg into the Peninsula,” said Keith Furnas, general manager of the Great Wolf Lodge. “We at Great Wolf Lodge believe that this is one very small way we can help Big Brothers Big Sisters’, its mission and continue investing in our surrounding community.”

The entire purchase price of each day pass goes to Big Brothers Big Sisters. “We are deeply excited to be able to partner with Great Wolf Lodge and then also to be able to provide such a unique opportunity to the community at the same time,” said Ayanna King, CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters. “We think these passes are going to go quickly, so if you’re interested, you need to purchase them today.”

Day passes, which allow entry into the Great Wolf Lodge’s indoor water park, located at 549 East Rochambeau Drive, Williamsburg, the price is $20. The passes can only be purchased online at http://bbbsgvpbigsplash.eventbrite.com and do not include lodging. Passes can be purchased for Thursday, May 1, 2014, through Thursday, May 22, 2014 (except Saturdays). Passes are NOT available at Great Wolf Lodge. Once tickets are purchased, there are no refunds, date exchanges or changes. Day passes must be purchased for children 3-years-old and up. All adults accompanying a youth must purchase a day pass as well. Great Wolf Lodge states that all minors must be accompanied by an adult. Day passes are valid for a single day of use. Once your ticket is purchased, you MUST bring printed tickets to the Great Wolf Lodge waterpark for entry. Great Wolf Lodge and Big Brothers Big Sisters will be NOT be able to print your tickets for entry.
