Ft. Eustis Spouses’ Club Nov. Lunch – Nov. 19, 2015
Our November luncheon will take place on November 19th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Fort Eustis Club. Reservations are now open. Please visit http://www.scfeva.com to RSVP. Limited childcare is available so make your reservations early. The theme for this luncheon is Make It, Bake It, Fake It and Take It Caution-Home.
MAKE IT(M) – Show us how crafty you are, make a special project

BAKE IT(B) – Take out that special recipe and bake something delicious

FAKE IT(F) – Purchase something fantastic and pass it off as your own
Bring your items to the luncheon and donate them as opportunity prizes. Random MBF items will be chosen as a “Buy it Now” option. When you bring an MBF item, you will receive an opportunity ticket and during the luncheon you can share your story regarding the item you donated.
In addition, nine awesome vendors will be on site to showcase their products and services for purchase. Many of these vendors are members of SCFE and they generously donate opportunity prizes as well.
Lastly, this month we ask that you bring in canned goods donations for the Virginia Peninsula Food Bank and receive an opportunity ticket for your kind contribution.
As you know the SCFE is all about philanthropy, fellowship, and fun and ALL the proceeds from our events support SCFE community grants and scholarships which are awarded in the Spring (so keep and eye out for that). We are proud of the support of our members and of our contributions to the military community of which we are a part.
Please invite a friend, family member or colleague. If you have never bee able to attend a luncheon, try this one. Oh…and we have even added a “dine and dash” table for those of you who want to join us for lunch but need to get back to work.
