FREE WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM! WINTER IS COMING! IS YOUR HOME READY?
Weatherization may REDUCE home energy bills 30-50% while increasing the comfort and safety of your home! Free to Home Owner’s and Renter’s to those that qualify based on total household income. Federally funded program administered by Williamsburg-James City County Community Action Agency and serves: Williamsburg, James City County, York County, Newport News, Poquoson, Hampton, Suffolk, Franklin, Isle of Wight and Southhampton. A representative will be available at the following times and locations to assist in the application process:
10/16 – 11am-2pm Carrollton Library, 14362 New Towne Haven Lane, Carrollton, VA 23314.
10/20 – 11am-2pm Morgan Memorial Library, 443 W. Washington Street, Suffolk, VA 23434.
10/21 – 10am-1pm Hampton Library, 4207 Victoria Blvd Hampton, VA 23669.
10/22 – 10am-1pm Virgil L. Grissom Library, 366 Deshazor Dr., Newport News, VA 23608.
10/27 – 11am-2pm Ruth Camp Campbell Memorial Library, 280 N. College Dr., Franklin, VA 23815.
Complete an application with proof of ownership and income, and a copy of recent utility bill.
