Free Summer Tai Chi Classes: Quarterpath Park July – August 2014

FREE Tai Chi classes at the Quarterpath Recreation Center!

This summer program will be offered on Thursdays starting July 24th until August 14th. The early class will be an Introductory Form – 9 Movements that will begin at 7:30 a.m. followed by a Tai Chi – Kungfu Fan class at 8:30 a.m.

The 9 Form class will be outside in the parking lot and the Fan class will be offered inside the Quarterpath Recreation Center. In the event of inclement weather, the 9 Form class will move inside as well. Loaner fans are available for those who do not have their own.
