Featuring Matt Thornhill from Generations Matter, considered the nation’s leading authority on helping companies, organizations and communities plan for the changing landscape as Millennials, Gen Xers, and Boomers interact. Matt has delivered insights* on generational dynamics to Walmart, Google, Humana, AARP, NASA and the National Governors Association. He is routinely in the media, offering comments and perspectives about generations on NBC Nightly News, CBS Evening News, MSNBC, NPR and in articles in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and USA Today.

This Forum will help you to: 1) gain a deeper understanding of generational mindsets – why they differ and why they matter; 2) learn how to effectively reach out and engage across all generations, leverage each one’s strengths; and 3) get specific action steps that leaders need to take to ensure success in 2020 and beyond.

Feature presentation will be followed by round table discussions and opportunity to network with nonprofit, business, and community leaders from across the Peninsula. Forum will be moderated by Richard Spatz, Executive Director, Executive Partners Program, Mason School of Business, College of William & Mary.

*”Matt’s presentation gave by far the best insights on generations I’ve ever seen. He goes far beyond sharing what you need to know. He explains what you need to do now.”
