Yorktown Market Days – Harvest Festival
November 16 @ 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
During this family affair, kids young and old will be able to engage in a cornucopia of fun. Festivities include a live animal show, petting zoo, hay rides, inflatable axe throwing, a pie-eating contest, and kids’ crafts and activities. For a fun photo opportunity, visitors can make a personalized leaf to decorate the famous LOVE letters on the waterfront.

- Guess the Weight of the Giant Pumpkin challenge at the Visit Yorktown booth.

- Ralph Motley and the Last Minute Grass will perform bluegrass music on the Riverwalk Landing Stage.
10 a.m.
- The Fifes and Drums of York Town will perform.
11 a.m.
- Simply Panache chef’s demo at Riverwalk Landing
1 p.m.
- Pie-eating Contest
Guests of all ages can take the Guess the Weight of the Giant Pumpkin challenge. Stop by the table near the Visit Yorktown booth to examine the plump pumpkin and enter your guess. The person with the closest estimate without going over will win a gift basket of goodies from various market vendors.
Visitors will also be able to purchase traditional holiday foods like turkey, sweet potatoes, green beans, dinner rolls, and pumpkin pie. Additionally, local jewelers, artists, and photographers will be selling their holiday handiwork.
