Wellness Event: Relaxation and Wellness Session
March 28 @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Learn and practice several wellness activities, including breathing exercises and supportive games. Participate at your own level of comfort.
Highlights include:
Introduction to Thumball Games
10 Minute Rainbow Guided Imagery
Meditation for Self-Love
The benefits of Hugs/Self-Hugs
Take home a custom yoga mat (available only at this event) along with meditation scripts and affirmations. Facilitated by Alfred Guy, Training Officer at the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work UMB-SSW and Scares That Care board member.
Tickets only $25 but space is limited, purchase tickets online at Scares that Care.
Attend any or all three of the sessions:
Friday, March 28 at 3 p.m;
Saturday 29 at at 9 a.m.
Sunday 30 at 9 a.m.
Sessions are similar but not exactly the same.
