It is included in your museum ticket, Good Neighbor Pass and Annual Pass staff will show and discuss how chocolate was used in 18th-century recipes and learn about the work involved in making it — roasting, shelling, and crushing the cocoa beans, then flavoring with spices. This event isn’t scheduled to happen again until September so if you can – come and check it out! The Historic Trades: Cook is located on the grounds of the Governors Palace. Learn more
