Special Event: Secrets of the Chocolate Maker

Doesn’t everyone love chocolate? Well, for those of us that do especially in cooking hop on over to this presentation at the Historic Trades: Cook. It is included in your museum ticket, Good Neighbor Pass and Annual Pass staff will show and discuss how chocolate was used in 18th-century recipes and learn about the work involved in making it — roasting, shelling, and crushing the cocoa beans, then flavoring with spices.
