Outdoor Fitness Court Orientation

If you’ve seen the new Outdoor Fitness Court but not exactly sure how to use it then this orientation is perfect for you!
Take a free guided orientation of the Outdoor Fitness Court! The Court is an outdoor circuit training center that uses body weight exercises, designed for people of all ages and fitness levels.
These sessions are designed to help you get comfortable using the equipment and learn proper exercise techniques. No registration required. A certified instructor will guide you through a fun and informative session.
Schedule:
Saturday, March 8, 15, 22, 29 from 9-10 a.m.
Sunday, March 9, 16, 23, 30 from 2-3 p.m.
Saturday, April 5, 12, 19, 26 from 9-10 a.m.
Sunday, April 6, 13, 27 from 2-3 p.m.
