FREE and open to the public! Memorial Day (weekend) Murph at the WISC
It’s the annual Memorial Day workout at the WISC where they invite everyone to complete Murph workout to honor Lt. Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.
This workout will be on Saturday, May 25th, at 9am and is FREE and open to the public. It can be completed by yourself or with a partner!
Be sure to wear your red, white, and blue and stay for some light food and refreshments after the workout and hang out with your fellow WISC Fit members! We will also have a Les Mills Hybrid Class at 9am for those that would like to attend as well! MORE INFO
