Upcycle Men’s Shirt Into Little Girl’s Dress

Upcycle sewing project: Transform a men’s button-down dress shirt into a little girl’s dress. Participants are required to provide a (used, clean) men’s button-down dress shirt and coordinating thread. Bring your own machine (in good working order) or use one of the library’s sewing machine
