Hampton Roads Performance Clinic at WISC

First ever Hampton Roads Performance Clinic on May 18th from 8-5pm at the WISC
This event will be held at the WISC in their performance gym. This clinic is for coaches, parents, and trainers interested in learning more about sports performance training, personal training, sports psychology, and more.
Their Head Performance Coach, Tim Kelly, will lead a discussion and we’ll have seven other speakers discuss a variety of topics. Trainers will be able obtain continuing education credits for their current certifications and we’d think it’d be a great opportunity for your coaches to learn more about the science behind training as well as learning more about the programs we have here at the WISC!
