Event runs from 6 pm to 9:15 PM with Fireworks at 9 PM
Celebrate Independence Day with great food, live music, festive entertainers, giveaways, and a spectacular fireworks display above the James River. This year’s Stars in the Sky will feature a musical performance from Good Shot Judy with the Williamsburg Symphony Orchestra. 🎻 Gerome Meminger will also be conducting a live stage painting performance. More details to come! Fireworks begin at 9 PM sharp! 🎆
🎟️ Admission and parking are free.
🛣️ Directions: Take I-64 to I-664S, take Exit 6 to 26th Street, turn left onto Huntington Avenue, and turn right onto 23rd Street.
🚗 Free parking is available at the Newport News City Hall parking lot and designated non-restricted public parking spaces in the Downtown area.
❗ No pets, alcohol, bicycles, skateboards, or radios are permitted inside the event area.
