Everyone can drum! Immerse yourself in the rhythmic world of drumming and discover the transformative power of sound and movement. Join in the drum circle for social interaction, fun, self-expression, stress reduction, community building and an opportunity to develop rhythmicity and improvisational skills! No musical experience needed. Instruments provided, but bring a drum if you have one. More info and to register
