Enter the Arts District Battle of the Bands – deadline May 3 2014
The Williamsburg Arts District Association (WADA) is now accepting entries by local bands to participate in its inaugural BATTLE OF THE BANDS contest. The CASH PRIZE contest will be held during WADA’s summer block party on June 28th on the lawn at the corner of Richmond Rd and Matoaka Court. Members of WADA will choose its Top 10 applicants to perform at the event to be judged by professionals in the musical field (TBA).
How to Enter: Mail a 5-10 minute reel or YouTube link of your band along with the $25.00 entry fee (checks or Money Order payable to WADA) and the following information :

Contact name and telephone number:
What equipment you use while playing (guitars, piano etc.):
What equipment you would need on stage (guitar amps, drums etc):
Last Day of Entry: May 3
Bands will be notified by May 31st if they are selected for the final round/performance and their line up on June 28th.
