“DOCTOR STRANGE” a MUST see in a Dolby Cinema at AMC – #DolbyCinema, #ShareAMC & #DoctorStrange

In all honesty I did not know much about the history of Marvel’s DOCTOR STRANGE, my 10 year old told me more about him on our way to see the movie this morning.  She was so excited, I on the other hand could not wait to experience it in a Dolby Cinema at AMC! Neither of us left disappointed!

This was my first time in a Dolby Cinema at AMC.  I was impressed from the moment I walked in the theatre.  It was clean, warm and welcoming. The large reclining seats are so comfy, at one point I forgot I was in the theater. The sounds are so crisp and clear that I caught myself dodging punches and objects flying through the screen.  Dolby has captured the total movie experience all the way down to the temperature in the room…its all spot on.  It is truly a treat you must experience!

Thanks to stadium seating there isn’t a bad seat in the house!

You don’t need to be familiar with Doctor Strange to see the movie, it is easy to follow and understand. Doctor Strange, a neurosurgeon, is in a terrible car accident which leaves him without the use of his hands.  After many failed surgical attempts Dr. Strange is forced to search for help in an unlikely place full of magic and supernatural powers.  The film has beautiful visuals with buildings twisting and turning, floors that drop to become ceilings, walls that turn into conveyor belts. The special effects are extraordinary and seeing it at a Dolby Cinema at AMC only added to the intensity. I appreciated the bit of humor thrown in and just in time for me to catch my breath.

This movie screams to be seen in a Dolby Cinema at AMC! But hurry it is only playing in Dolby Cinema at AMC theaters for a limited time.
