Students on free or reduced lunch, may be eligible to receive high speed internet for $9.95 per month.

Cox Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response

During this time of uncertainty and required in-home learning, Cox is helping get families in need connected to the internet through our Connect2Compete program. Through June 30th, 2021, Cox will waive late payment fees and work with Connect2Compete customers experiencing hardship as a result of the coronavirus pandemic to create a payment plan. To qualify for a payment plan, you must let us know that you are experiencing hardship by chatting with our live agents.

For customers who sign-up between July 21 and September 30, 2020, we are offering:

  • First two months free Connect2Compete service, $9.95/month thereafter
  • First two months free remote desktop and phone support through Cox Complete Care to provide peace of mind and ease for technology needs
  • Resources for discounted, refurbished equipment through our association with PCs for People
  • School toolkits are available to help families connect to the internet:

Offer expires 9/30/2020 (application must be received by 11:59pm ET).
