Who can purchase one? The Good Neighbor Pass is available to residents of the city of Williamsburg, James City County, or the Bruton District of York County, you’re eligible for a Colonial Williamsburg Good Neighbor Pass.

How to get a Good Neighbor Pass
First keep scrolling to make sure you either live, work or teach in the area where this pass is available. If you do then your Good Neighbor Passes may be purchased online or at any onsite Colonial Williamsburg Ticket Office. If you purchase the Good Neighbor Pass online, you will receive a printable voucher which must be redeemed at a Colonial Williamsburg ticketing location. Each member of the family (age 6 and up) must be present to purchase a Good Neighbor Pass or redeem a pass voucher. **

Area Residents
Bring your valid Virginia driver’s license and a current month’s utility bill as proof of local residence.

Military:
Military personnel and direct dependents living in the city of Williamsburg, James City County, and the Bruton District of York County are eligible to receive the Good Neighbor Pass. If you are a member of the military who holds an out-of-state driver’s license, please present your military ID and a current month’s utility bill as proof of local residence.
Employees of Eligible Jurisdictions
Current municipal employees of the city of Williamsburg, James City County, and the Bruton District of York County are eligible to receive a FREE Good Neighbor Pass. Eligibility does not extend to family members. Please present a valid Virginia driver’s license and your current city/county ID card as proof of local employment.
Teachers
Teachers who work for the local school system (see list of qualifying schools below) are eligible to receive a FREE Good Neighbor Pass. Eligibility does not extend to family members.
