Clean the Bay Day/Pond Life Lab Program on June 5th at the Virginia Living Museum

Conduct field tests to learn more about our fresh water ecosystems. Make observations about Deer Park Lake, collect mud samples, take a close look at plankton, and try your hand at catching macroinvertebrates in dip nets. Learn what you can do to keep our waterways clean and healthy.

Please remember to dress for the weather and wear close toed shoes.

Recommended for ages 11+. 15 participants max.

Time: 10-11:30am
Location: the floating dock in Deer Park Lake
Patiicpants: 15 maximum
Ages: Recommended for 11+
Cost: $15 members/ $35 non-members – (This cost includes museum admission)
