Chincoteague Bay Field Station Summer Camps

Chincoteague Bay Field Station is located on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. CBFS offers a variety summer camps that give all campers a hands-on, feet-wet experience. Overnight and Day Camps are offered for a variety of ages and interests. Get ready for an outdoor summer adventure.

Day Youth Camps: Day Camps at CBFS are fun-filled and educational. Each day has a different coastal theme that allows campers to visit a variety of ecosystems, play games, make crafts, and develop friendships!

Overnight Youth Camps: Overnight summer camps at CBFS give campers the opportunity to choose from a variety of programs to fill their schedules for the week creating a truly unique camp experience. Offering three night and week sessions.

Family Camps: Relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful coastal islands of the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Spend time with your family on the coast discovering and learning about the world of marine science. Family Campers will explore marine habitats, walk knee deep in marsh mud, and enjoy the sun on a barrier island beach.

Also offering homeschool programs, custom programs to fit the needs of each group, along with Boy Scout Merit Badge Programs and assisting with Girl Scout Badging opportunities in Outdoors, STEM and Journey Series).
