Changes due to Winter Weather for WATA (Public Transportation) 2014

Williamsburg Area Transit Authority Schedule Changes due to Winter Weather

 The Williamsburg Area Transit Authority (WATA) has issued the following schedule changes and alerts due to the winter storm that is approaching the area:

  • ·         Green Line, which serves the College of William & Mary, will end service at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Details on when it will begin service on Wednesday will be made after 6:00 am.
  • ·         Williamsburg Trolley will end service 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2014.
  • ·         Surry Line will not begin its first run at 5:15 am. It will begin service at 7:30 am at the Williamsburg Transportation Center. Please be advised that buses may not be able to drive down Rocky Bottom Road or Lebanon Road.
  • ·         All other routes are currently running their regular schedule.
